The Ideal L7 is a car under the Ideal brand and is the brand's first mid to large five seater flagship SUV. It offers two models, Pro and Max, with prices of 339800 yuan and 379800 yuan respectively. NetEase Cloud Music provides in car Dolby Atmos music services for the Ideal L7 car.
On the afternoon of September 30, 2022, Ideal Auto officially released the Ideal L7, with bookings starting from the 30th. It will be unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2022, and will begin a nationwide tour in December. Orders will be locked in February 2023, and deliveries will begin at the end of February. On February 8, 2023, the Ideal L7 was officially released. Three different configuration models, Air, Pro, and Max, have been launched, with prices of 319800 yuan, 339800 yuan, and 379800 yuan respectively. In March 2023, the L7 series models under Ideal Automobile will begin the delivery process nationwide. On July 20, 2023, Ideal Auto announced that its L7 model had successfully delivered over 50000 units, continuing to lead the mid to large five seater SUV market in the price range of over 300000 yuan, and maintaining its top sales position. As of August 2023, the Ideal L7, which has undergone China Insurance Car Testing, stood out with a high score of 99.8% in the vehicle auxiliary safety index. This not only broke the historical record for the highest SUV model in China Insurance Car Safety Index, but also helped Ideal Auto become the only domestic car brand that has successfully passed the rigorous testing of China Insurance Research Institute for all models on sale and received excellent (G) comprehensive evaluation.
