1.       Product introduction

The air conditioner compressor plays an important role in the operation mechanism of the automobile air conditioner. In an air conditioning refrigerant circuit, it compresses the drive refrigerant. The working circuit of the air conditioner compressor is divided into an evaporation area (low pressure area) and a condensation area (high pressure area).

The indoor unit of the air conditioner is also called the low pressure area, and the outdoor unit is called the high pressure area (depending on the working state of the car).

The BMW 1 Series AC Compressor draws the refrigerant from the low pressure area and compresses it.

* After compression, it is transferred to the high-pressure area for cooling and condensation, making it change from gas to liquid, and the pressure rises. The heat dissipated in this process can be discharged into the air through the heat sink

* The refrigerant flows from the high pressure area to the low pressure area, and is sprayed into the evaporator through the capillary tube,

* Because of the sudden pressure drop, the liquid refrigerant immediately becomes gaseous, absorbing a large amount of heat from the air through the fins.

In this way, the BMW 1 Series AC Compressor continues to work, and it continuously absorbs the heat at one end of the low-pressure area into the refrigerant and then sends it to the high-pressure area to dissipate into the air, which plays a role in regulating the temperature.
